Shipping Information
We shall deliver your order to the address you specify for delivery. You are responsible to receive your order,if it is held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when your order was delivered, then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect it. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate.
Since everything is custom made, please allow some time for your order to be dispatched.Your product will be dispatched in 7-14 days from the day the order was placed. We ship products nationally by ELTA Courrier and internationally through Hellenic Post and SPM Courrier.We provide you with the unique tracking number upon the shipment of your package.
Please note that we are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
Custom duties
Before purchasing we recommend checking the import taxes and fees, as they are NOT included in the cost of the purchase or shipping and handling.
Please call your country's customs office if you would like an idea of fees that may be applied upon your purchase.
Please note that we are not able to estimate for you what your country will charge you in import fees when you buy a piece from me. They will be added upon receipt in the buyer's country. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
Any additional taxes and duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Purchase of Products
Upon completion of your order you will receive an email whereby receipt of your order will be acknowledged. Thereafter, you will be informed again via email about the date of shipping and the date of delivery of the products that you have selected.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event that the product ordered is not on sale any more or it is not available.
The prices of the products of our webpage are VAT including (24%).
In the event that at the time the order is placed there is a change in the natural characteristics of the (material or size etc.) following arrangements with our client.
Payment of order
For your convenience we suggest the following payment methods:
1) Cash upon delivery only for purchases in Greece: you may pay the purchase price for your order to the courier upon delivery. The cost of this service is calculated on the basis of the price of the product and the place of delivery.
2) Bank deposit. You may deposit the price of the purchase to our bank account held by Piraeus Bank, within two business days from placing your order.
You must fill your full name in the bank deposit slip, as well as the details of your order which will be sent via email upon completion of the order.
In order to expedite the process, (the date of deposit will be deemed as first day for the shipping), you may send via email the bank deposit slip.
3) Via Paypal: If you choose to pay via paypal, you will be navigated to their webpage, which is a safe online payment system that you may use to pay with your credit card or through your paypal account.
Orders, shipping
We may accept orders placed from most countries of the world; however the cost of shipping and the time of delivery will vary.
More specifically, we offer free shipping in Greece within 7-14 days from the date that the order is placed (Delivery time in August is increased by 15 days).
For countries outside European Union the custom duties is an additional cost borne by the recipient.
Our customer services department will inform you about the cost of such order via email.
Return and replacement
If, for any reason, you wish to return the products that you have purchased we will accept their timely return within 14 days provided that they are delivered at their original state, in accordance with law 2251/1994 for the protection of consumers.
Return of products is not permitted:
1) for special orders
2) for products customized at the client’s request
3) when damages have been caused to the product upon its unsealing, for which the client is solely liable.
In the event that a product is returned, you will bear the shipping cost of the initial order, as well as such cost for the new one, should you decide to return the first product and replace it with another product of the same or higher value.
In any case, you must inform us about your decision via email and in due time (on the date of delivery of the product or by the next day at the latest). The return will be completed once the products have been received and inspected by the competent officer of our sales department, who will ascertain the perfect state in which the products were returned. We are then obliged within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, to refund you the price that you have paid. Furthermore, if a product is returned or replaced, such product must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
Lastly, all transactions made through our website “Dragatakis.gr” are governed by the national, international and European law applicable on e-commerce issues. We reserve the right to change at any time age and as we may consider appropriate any terms and conditions governing the use of our website.
